A fragrant beauty!
Melina® is really an extraordinary Starlet®-Rose in every respect. The rose is very vigorous and has a compact habit. The foliage is light green and extremely resistant to fungal diseases. The shape of the flowers as well as the colour, initially violet later fading to light blue, is reminiscent of Old Roses. Another important point is the strong fragrance of the long-lasting flowers. The rose is continuously flowering throughout the whole summer and bears medium-sized clusters of 3 to 6 (5 – 6 cm) flowers.

*Seria trandafirilor Starlet este formata din soiuri de trandafiri mini-urcatori, mai mici la inaltime decat urcatorii clasici, potriviti pentru a fi crescuti in ghivece. Sunt foarte floriferi, iar florile sunt de marime medie (aprox. de 5-6 cm), pline si unele parfumate.
Pe Melina l-am cumparat in primavara 2017 de la d-na Maria (
clematite.ro), dupa ce m-a cucerit in urmatorul album:
littlemermaid.sunphoto.ro/Starlet_Melina_-__Tantau . Spre deosebire de Lizzy, este parfumat.
