This hoya comes from N. Hebrides and it was published in 1937.
This is a very fast growing easy to grow hoya. The leaves are light green and lighter under neath. They are about 5-11 cm long and 2-4 cm wide and have visible veins. It's a hoya best grown on a support even though it doesn't twine well on its own. Hoya neoebudica can get rather big fast and it's easy to miss the flowers in the thick foliage...
The flowers are somewhat reflexed with orange/apricot corollas and the corona is white but gets sort of pink/red towards the middle. Each flower is about 1.5 cm and you'll find about 10-15 flowers in each umbel and they last about a week. I haven't been able to detect any strong fragrance and these flowers don't produce any nectar.
